The Student Council at International University College invites you to the Career Days “New Business Opportunities in Bulgaria – 2010” on February, 4^th and 5^th

The forum on the 4^th and 5^th is the first event of this type organized in Dobrich. It will discuss the opportunities for cooperation and collaboration between businesses and Higher Education in the country. The even is very innovative in its nature thanks to the main organizers – the the Event Management Voluntary Association (EMVA) at International University College, the Student Council at IUC, as well as the local member of AISEC (the regional office of the global students’ organization) and the Career Canter at IUC. The forum represents a very good opportunity both for the students and the town as well, as it most of the participants will visit Dobrich for the first time. Alternatively, among them there are companies which are planning to open offices in the region, which is another good opportunity for them to find young professionals for permanent jobs or internships.  

The major objective of the forum is to provide opportunity to the future specialists to meet business people in person to discuss the options for positive collaboration between them. Additionally, firms will be able to introduce students to their businesses; to their strategies for coping with the world economic crisis; to their sustainable development; foreign investors barriers to entry to the Bulgarian market and others. The representatives of the businesses will also offer work placement positions and discuss questions that may arise in the course of the presentation.   

In particular, major representatives of the Bulgarian business and investors will take part in the event. Among them are: Price Waterhouse Coopers, Ernst & Young; Address Real Estates; Benchmark Group; Hotel Helios and many others. Apart from companies, the event will accommodate students from the University of Shumen and other representatives of the student councils of other universities. Media partners will be “Darik Radio” and BestJobs.com.   

The Forum will be broadcasted online on the E.M.V.A. website at emva.vumk.eu
