The cooperation between International University College, Bulgaria and University of Wales Institute Cardiff, UK, provides our students the opportunity to graduate with two Bachelor degrees - Bulgarian BA and BA (Hons) от University of Wales after successful completion of 6 semesters in the English taught programmes at IUC, Bulgaria. The cooperation gives an additional opportunity to the IUC students to study in the UWIC's MBA (Master of Business Administration) programme in Bulgaria.

International University College's academic partner - University of Wales Institute Cardiff (UWIC)-is an internationally recognized institute of higher education, which has four campuses and over 11.000 students from 125 countries. In an actual fact, the Faculty of Management is the largest MBA Faculty in the United Kingdom. At present, this particular faculty is represented by a few affiliated institutions in several countries around the globe among which is Bulgaria - through the partnership between UWIC and International University College. 

University of Wales Institute Cardiff has been established in the year 1865 and in 2007 UWIC was the first British University to be awarded the Government's Charter Mark for Excellence for the fifth time. International University College together with the other institutions from the UWIC academic network strive to set very high standards so that they can guarantee that students who study with them receive excellent education in accordance to the institution's mission and core values. University College Birmingham (UCB), UK

The traditions of University College Birmingham (UCB) date back to the late 19th century. Since then the institution has established itself as one of the leading Colleges in the UK, which is evidenced by the results UCB students demonstrate. As a result demand for UCB programmes has increased a lot especially when it comes down to international students’ intake.

University College Birmingham is based in Birmingham City Centre; there are 7,500 students on Further and Higher Education programmes including 1100 international students from 63 countries. UCB offers specialties in the field of Business and Marketing, Hospitality Management, Recreation and others.

At present IUC offers two collaborative Master Degree programmes with UCB - Tourism Destination Management and Tourism Business Administration. Lectures are fully taught in English and the whole education is offered for three semesters – 1 in Bulgaria and the remaining 2 – in the UK. UCB is also one of the leading colleges of tourism and hospitality in Great Britain.  

Stenden University, the Netherlnads

Students who graduate from the 3-year Hotel Management programme can embark on a Bachelor year at IUC in Dobrich, but as students of Stenden University. The courses are given by Dutch lecturers, and, upon completing their studies, the students are awarded a Bachelor degree in International Hospitality Management by Stenden University.

The agreement with this Dutch university , which is the leader of Business programmes in the country, gives our students the opportunity to follow a 4-year English-taught programme in International Business and Management. Good performance enables students to transfer to Arnhem Business School for their third and fourth year, and graduate from HAN University with a Bachelor degree.

 

University of Portsmouth, UK

The partnership with the University of Portsmouth enables students to choose among the following English read programmes: BA (Hons) Business Administration, BA (Hons) Marketing, BA (Hons) International Finance and Trade, BA (Hons) Hospitality Management. Students who successfully complete thier studies receive a Bachelor degree from both IUC and the British University.

 

Harstad University College, Norway

The agreement between IUC and Harstad University College, Norway gives all our students in the business programmes the opportunity to obtain Bachelor degree in Advanced Marketing from Harstad University College.


The curriculum includes an intensive summer semester in Dobrich, a three-month course in Norway, as well as regular distance learning sessions. Successful graduates obtain a Bachelor degree which guarantees them a promising start in their career anywhere in the world.
