Structure
The structure of International University College is established around the principle of delegation of responsibilities and autonomy of the different departments. It functions in consonance with the IUC mission - to focus on students, who are being regarded as the International University College's most important asset. By being strongly student-oriented, IUC strives to prepare highly educated and competitive professionals in certain business fields of study.
Academic policy management
Essentially, in internal structural terms, the academic policies control and organization, as well as the management of International University College are being led by the Academic Director, the Academic Council and the Principal. The latter are predominantly in charge of settling and monitoring the proper execution of educational policy within the institution. Alternatively, all Scientific Research activities are managed by a specially appointed expert - namely: the Vice- Principal of Science Research Affairs.
Management of International activities
International University College is highly involved in international forums, student/lecturer exchange programs, seminars, symposiums and others. In this respect, all international undertakings and cross-institutional communications are maintained by the Vice-Principal of International Affairs and Academic Development. Basically, the latter's main responsibilities are in the fields of International Cooperation, Marketing & PR, Human Resources, and others.
Financial and strategic management
The strategic and financial management of International University College is administered by the Executive Director. Their main responsibilities incorporate the supervision of IUC's study resources including: the training restaurants, the educational-purpose tour operator company, the educational-purpose hotel premises, as well as the IUC's internal centers for professional development.
