All lecturers at International University College actively support, encourage and develop scientific research activities in the following areas:

• An International Scientific Research Conference takes place every year at International University College
• Organizing and participation in youth events with the partaking of prominent scientist from the European academic community
• Publishing of research papers in the world Social Science Research Network – SSRN
• Scientific Research projects developed by the academic staff at International University College

• The release of the first Bulgarian scientific magazine “European Journal of Tourism Research” for scientific research in the field of tourism. Over 20 reviewers take part in the project

• The development of a Bulgarian-Romanian center for sustainable development of tourism
• The development of software packages and educational handbooks
